A business proposal is a written offer of a service that is usually sent to a prospective client with the intention of persuading them to do business with the company if accepted. A flawed proposal confuses the approach, neglects needs and client information, disregards structure and format, and hinders the achievement of the objectives of your business.

When someone needs services, they typically contact multiple small businesses or companies to compare professionalism and prices. Gaining a client is extremely difficult, particularly if you are unable to go above and beyond to pitch your ideas to the potential client. When preparing a proposal, remember to be confident in your services and know what you bring to the table. Knowing this reassures the client that you can meet their expectations.
