Being qualified is based on what you bring to the table rather than a degree.

Not everyone is suited for school, even though some people consider it to be a flex to retain degrees one after the other. There is some controversy about whether jobs hire based on degrees or skills. In my opinion, a hiring manager should be more excited to hire someone who has skills and experience documented on their resume than someone who has a degree but no work experience. Hiring someone with no work experience will require more time and effort than hiring someone with the necessary skills to do the job. Due to time constraints, most managers will likely assign you to train alongside one of their colleagues, which is more challenging because you may not learn how you should but rather in accordance with the trainer’s methods.
