You must be frustrated with being loyal to a company that does not value your labor and treats you like a slave. You work more hours and do more labor than you are compensated for, and you deserve to be appreciated and to be paid at the same level as your effort.

You are employed by people who have a higher salary than you yet do less work than you. They control what you can and cannot do; therefore, you should take advantage of opportunities to save money and move on. I’m not advising you to be perfect, but be clear about what you want out of life and avoid wasting time on decisions that won’t help you long-term.
